How to Prepare for Your Appointment
Optimal retention begins before you arrive at our salon. Please follow these guidelines for a relaxing session.
Arrive with 100% Squeaky Clean Eyes
No mascara, eyeliner, concealer, or oil-based eye cream. Residue creates a microscopic barrier that prevents adhesive from curing securely to your natural lash.
Skip Caffeine for 3 Hours Prior
Coffee, energy drinks, and tea can cause involuntary eyelid fluttering and eye jittering during application, making millimeter-precise isolation challenging.
Remove Contact Lenses
Please remove contacts before your service and bring glasses. Eyes remain closed for 90–150 minutes, and contacts can trap dry air or adhesive vapors.
The 48-Hour Golden Aftercare Rules
Our gentle studio adhesive reaches full polymerization within 48 hours. Protecting your lash bond during this window maximizes weeks of retention.
🚫 Avoid Water, Steam & Heavy Sweating
Keep lashes completely dry for the first 24 hours. Avoid hot saunas, steam rooms, facials, and intense hot yoga for 48 hours to ensure complete bond crystallization.
🧴 Strictly Oil-Free Skincare & Makeup
Oils break down adhesive bonds rapidly. Use water-based or micellar cleansers around the eye area. Never apply waterproof mascara or liquid oil-based eyeliners onto extensions.
🛌 Sleep on Back or Use Satin Pillowcases
Friction from sleeping face-down crushes lash fans and causes outer-corner premature shedding. A satin or silk pillowcase prevents cotton friction snagging.
🪮 Brush Daily with Your Provided Spoolie
Gently comb your lashes once or twice a day when they are dry. Always brush from the middle to tips, never at the root or adhesive attachment point.

48-Hour Lash Retention Guarantee
We stand behind our craftsmanship. In the rare event that you experience excessive premature shedding (more than 20 extensions falling out without attached natural lashes) within 48 hours of your appointment, notify us immediately. We will schedule a complimentary 30-minute touch-up to inspect and refill your set.
What is your deposit and 24-hour cancellation rule?
All appointments require a $30 booking deposit that is credited toward your service total on the day of your visit. We understand schedules shift; you may reschedule or cancel your session with at least 24 hours advance notice and your deposit transfers seamlessly. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows forfeit the deposit.
What happens if I arrive late?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment time cannot be extended, as our artists have scheduled bookings immediately following. Your set will be as full as time permits, but regular service pricing applies.
Do you accept foreign fills from other lash studios?
We prioritize your natural lash safety. If you have lashes from another salon, our stylist will assess them upon arrival. If the previous work features clean isolation and safe weight, we can perform a standard refill. If the previous set has clumping, excess glue, or damaging weight, we will recommend a gentle cream removal ($25, or free when booking a full set) and a fresh, healthy Gaze set.
