Northlight Dance Academy Student Liability Release & Policy Agreement:

1. I authorize medical emergency care and acknowledge that dance involves physical activity on professional sprung flooring under certified instructor supervision.

2. Tuition is based on the 14-week active term. Family multi-class hourly discounts apply automatically across all enrolled siblings.

3. Excused absences submitted with at least 4 hours advance notice qualify for complimentary makeup tokens and dynamic tuition credit adjustments.
